UK Delivery

Please be aware, terms such as "next day" and "48 hour" refer to the courier services that your order will be sent with. We cannot guarantee that the courier will deliver your order within this timeframe.

FREE Standard UK delivery on all retail orders.

All UK mainland orders are eligible for FREE shipping, but the shipping service will depend on the value of the order and the items you’re ordering. Services include, but are not limited to, Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service, Royal Mail Large Letter or DPD Next Day (with an additional charge if your order is under £30). Orders placed before 12noon Mon-Friday will be sent out same day, orders placed after 12noon will be sent out the next working day.

FREE Express UK delivery on retail orders over £30.

Optional upgrade to FREE Express DPD Next Day Tracked shipping. You can expect delivery the next working day on orders place before 12noon. 
Orders placed before 12noon Mon-Friday will be sent out same day, orders placed after 12noon will be sent out the next working day.
UK Highlands & Islands orders will be dispatched and delivered on the fastest service available from each respective courier.

FREE carriage for all trade orders over £150.

 

EU Delivery

Spend 60 Euros or more for free shipping to these destinations (shipping charged at 11.95 EUR for lower value orders): Germany, The Netherlands, France, Belgium, Denmark.

Spend 80 Euros or more for free shipping to these destinations (shipping charged at 15.95 EUR for lower value orders): Ireland, Italy, Austria, Czechia, Hungary, Latvia, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Spend 100 Euros or more for free shipping to these destinations (shipping charged at 19.95 EUR for lower value orders): Bulgaria, Estonia, Spain, Malta, Romania, Sweden, Portugal.

 

Returns Policy

All non-trade retail orders placed directly on www.kenro.co.uk have a no-quibble returns window of 30 days from date of receipt on unused products where the packaging is unbroken.

If you'd like to organise a return, visit our returns portal and follow the process to create your return.

If you are returning your item because it is no longer required, you ordered the wrong item, or you have changed your mind, the system will guide you through the process of sending your item back.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, the system will prompt you to upload an image and a note which will come through to us for approval. Once we have approved the return, the system will arrange a return via our DPD account for you.
